When you choose CloneMule, you can trust that your live plants will arrive healthy and thriving, no matter the weather, with our next day or two-day service. Our checkout process makes it simple to select a covered shipping option.

If your plants happen to arrive damaged or dead, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance. It’s best to notify us within 72 hours of delivery, if possible. Please keep your plants nearby as our team may request pictures of your invoice/packing slip and plants to better assist you.

As our valued customer, we ask that you follow the CARE CARD included with your shipment carefully. In almost 90% of cases, following this care card will successfully remedy any issues with your plants. Please bear in mind that tissue-cultured plants may experience transport shock, but they will recover within 72 hours.

Finally, we offer re-shipment or exchange in specific circumstances where your plants do not meet your expectations. Please note that some orders may require you to pay for shipping on exchanges or re-ships. Our team at CloneMule will determine if your order is eligible.
